Rush account login and password recovery steps

A “tower rush login” screen belongs to the operator holding your casino account.

Galaxsys supplies Original Tower Rush, but responsibility for your password, wallet and identity checks rests with the operator, while Tower Rush Pakistan is an informational publisher that does not issue player credentials.

Open the operator account you used originally. Credentials for one casino do not sign you into another, even when both offer the same Galaxsys game.

If you are comparing where the game is available, use the operator list; it is separate from recovering an existing account.

Use the identifier accepted by the selected form and already attached to your account. Where a Pakistan phone field requests a country code, use +92 with the registered number. Check the field label before typing. Switching from an email field to a phone field does not link an unrelated contact address to the account.

These are the account profiles for Pakistan, with a password or OTP used according to the selected login form. “Email and phone” describes the account's identifier setup, not a requirement to type both into every screen. The last column concerns withdrawals and must not be mistaken for the delivery channel of every login or recovery code.

Keep the first attempt simple and follow the form already open on your operator's site or app. You do not need a separate game registration, an APK labelled Tower Rush or a new deposit to prove that your account exists.

1. Open the existing operator's account entry and select Login or Sign in.
2. Select the email or phone option that matches your registered details.
3. Enter the requested password or the current code for that form.
4. Complete any account confirmation requested through the operator's controls.

If the password fails, move to recovery instead of creating another account. If the account opens but the game does not, keep the successful login and investigate the game-loading stage; those are different failures.

Open Forgot password from the operator's login screen, then enter the email or phone linked to the existing account.

Recovery must return you to that account with its established identity and history, so entering a new contact address into a recovery field cannot be used as a way of replacing the old registered address.

Android authentication and Face ID can unlock a saved password locally.

The operator still validates the submitted credentials and applies its account rules, so unlocking the phone establishes neither completed KYC nor authorization for a withdrawal requiring a separate SMS, email or authenticator confirmation.

If the account is open and only Tower Rush fails to load, use game troubleshooting. Check the accepted round in history after a disconnection. A pending display is not automatically a lost round, and signing in again does not authorize a duplicate stake or a second payout.
